Kuzma scores 22 in dominant win over Warriors, Lakers improve to NBA best 9-2

Posted on

LeBron James had 23 points and 12 assists in three quarters, Kyle Kuzma added 22 points starting for Anthony Davis, and the Los Angeles Lakers rolled past the hobbled Golden State Warriors 120-94 on Wednesday night.

Following a breakout night in Phoenix on Tuesday, Kyle Kuzma kept his post-injury momentum rolling with a 7-for-12 night from the floor with 22 points, hitting contested layups and 3-pointers.

The Lakers improved their NBA-best record to 9-2 without Davis, who was held out because of a sore right shoulder.

I would like to know why you’re not at least scoring in the mid to high 20s points a game? Some people are disappointed in your play making lately. But I still believe you got what it takes to be the third best player on the Lakers. To me, in my humble opinion, if you don’t improve the Lakers could trade you. Unless that’s what you want now. Before the start of the season the Analysis spoke so highly of you. Are you proving them wrong?
